This project is about a house I grew up in and how it's physical presence can be translated into two-dimensional media or an exhibition.
This work challenges our perception of a site by the means of photography, transfer printing and other methods of image making. Inhabited architectural sites are never consistently same nor perpetual, because transformation occurs through time, constructing and deconstructing space.
The house is consigned to oblivion as are the shadows of it. The presence of the house is no longer there to evoke nostalgia.
